Our Business Pricing packages vary according to our customer requirements such as complexity of the network, level of involvement required, hours of coverage and the guaranteed 'response times'.
Prices also vary depending on whether the customer is in an annual contract or whether they are using 'Ad Hoc' callouts.
Free Estimates and Consultation
Penny Lane Computers offer free consultancy and estimates for all business customers. We will arrange a site visit from one of our qualified engineers, inspect all of your IT equipment and provide a professional report, detailing any weak points in your IT infrastructure and any remedial work. We will also quantify the costs of any maintenance contracts and response times in the same proposal.
Why Maintenance Contracts?
We are often asked the question 'Why should I go for a maintenance contract, why not just have ad hoc callouts. The reasons are as follows:
- Maintenance contracts have guaranteed response times.
- With a maintenance contract PLC will allocate 1-2 engineers to your network so you will get to know the engineer associated with your network.
- PLC will perform 'service' checks for maintenance contract customers such as:
- Server Checks – to pre empt problems before they occur.
- Security Checks - to highlight any security issues.
- Disaster Recovery Checks – to highlight any deficiencies in the data back up and recovery program.
- Ad hoc call outs can be used instead of maintenance contracts to good effect, but the question that you have to ask is 'How important is your IT network to your business?'
- In addition very small businesses can use the services from our 'Home' division using our 'Workshop Repairs' and 'Home Callouts' if required. The choice as always is yours!
